The Filipino boxing icon Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao will be releasing his life story published by Dunham Books that is entitled "Pacman: My Story of Hope, Resilience, and Never-say-Die Determination". Learn more about Manny and his journey towards stardom.
A boxer known as "the Fighter of the Decade" by the Boxing Writers Association of America, rated number number one pound-for-pound best boxer in the world by Sports Illustrated, ESPN and one of the most influential person , The Ring, NBC Sports and Yahoo, ranking 25th of boxing's most influential people and ranking as one of the most powerful celebrity, Manny Pacquiao has not been only known for his accomplishment in the sports of boxing, but also by devotion to God, a one true religious man who had been humble through out his career. Hands down for Manny as I may say, he is one of the reason why we are proud of being a Filipino.
NBA Laker's star and friend Ron Artest who is also a boxing fan also praises the book, "Manny is one of the best boxers competing today. Not only is he a very talented athlete, but he is also a very caring and humble person," and added "He is a man of unflinching integrity and someone I am proud to call a good friend. Everyone should read his inspiring story," said Artest.
The book will be released three days after his fight (November 16) against the Mexican, "Tijuana Tornado" Antonio Margarito on November 13 (14 in the Philippines) at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium for the vacant World Boxing Champion light middleweight belt.
