Roach - Khan punched the sh!t out of Manny

British boxer Amir Khan has been training along side Manny Pacquiao for the past week.  Also one of Freddie Roach boxing ward, Khan is also preparing for his upcoming fight against interim-champion Marcos Maidana on December 11 at the Mandalay Bay.

Khan, one of Manny Pacquiao's sparring mates, is said to be doing good with the Filipino Champion in the ring.  Freddie Roach said "I thought Amir looked great, he punched the sh!t out of Manny", quoted by Fanhouse.com.  Khan was requested by Manny Pacquiao to spar with him.  The pound-for-pound king believes that the young Khan can bring out the best in him in sparring.

Despite Roach's praises with Khan, he believes that Manny may have gone easy on him.  "I think Manny may have taken easy on me.  We train together.  It was  great sparring.  I had to do really well against him, just to see where I am.  It's a great inspiration and it's an honor to be in the same ring as him," said Khan.
