After Pacquiao beat Margarito, would Mayweather still want to fight "Pacman"?

Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. - the undefeated fighter and boxings most hyped fighter, was under the banner of Top Rank (Bob Arum's promotion) before, then moved to Golden boy promotions (Oscar De La Hoya's promotion), who was suspected for dodging the "Tijuana Tornado" Antonio Margarito way back in his prime years and is said to be scared of Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao.

With Manny Pacquiao winning his eighth world title fight, would it make the most anticipated fight easier or harder?  As what Coach Freddie Roach said "If he doesn't fight Manny now he (Mayweather) should retire."  And Bob Arum said on the Pacquiao vs Margarito post fight that he'll be doing his best to make the most awaited fight happen.

What are the steaks to be the best boxer?  Should an unblemished recored be enough or should achievements be more heavier?  With Pacquiao marking down his name in the sport of boxing's history, the only fighter to win eighth world division title in different weigh-class.  What should be Manny's next step?  Retirement wouldn't be a good answer, but fighting the so called best fighter is the next best thing.

Pacquiao had already agreed to the blood testing issues but still negotiations failed.  Floyd even claimed that their where no negotiations.  This will freshen up everyone's memory by watching the video then judge.  Tell us what you think the situation.
